Grantee Spotlight: Women’s Law Project

FISA awarded a grant to the Women’s Law Project to support Pittsburgh Public Schools in continuing to address Title IX inequities that were identified in a school board-commissioned audit of district sports programs. FISA Foundation Approves Thirteen New Grants

In February, FISA Foundation’s board awarded $450,000 in grants to improve the lives of women, girls and people with disabilities throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. This round of grants included approximately $70,000 to improve access to health care; $100,000 for ending domestic and sexual violence; and $275,000 for improving equitable opportunities.
