FISA Foundation’s Board of Directors recently approved a new strategic plan which will guide our focus and grantmaking for the next five years. Board members and staff spent the last year seeking input from grantees, partners, and stakeholders throughout southwestern Pennsylvania on the needs and opportunities in the community. While our mission to improve the lives of women, girls and people with disabilities in southwestern Pennsylvania remains unchanged, feedback from our nonprofit partners helped to refine our priorities so we can further increase our impact in the community. We are pleased to share these revised Beliefs and Strategic priorities.
