FISA Foundation has elected new board members and officers!

FISA Foundation is excited to welcome Kulsum Davidson, Carol Neyland and Tamiko Stanley to our board of Directors. In addition, Chaton Turner was elected as Vice President and Jane Burger as Treasurer.
KULSUM DAVIDSON is recently retired from Wesley Spectrum Services, where she worked with children, youth, and families for over 25 years. She has been active for many years in the domestic violence movement and in the elimination of racial injustice. Prior to coming to United States, Kulsum was a school teacher in Tanzania, East Africa.
CAROL NEYLAND, Vice President of Dollar Bank, has worked in the financial services sector for over 30 years. She is currently a Private Banker at Dollar Bank where she is enjoying building a portfolio of high net worth clients. Prior to joining Dollar Bank, Carol was responsible for regulatory compliance for the local office of TIAA-CREF, and spent 26 years at Mellon Financial Corporation, now BNY Mellon.
TAMIKO STANLEY is the Assistant Director in the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for Mayor Luke Ravenstahl’s Administration at the City of Pittsburgh. Tamiko recently launched the hugely successful DiverseCity365 Program to recognize, promote, and nurture a diverse Pittsburgh culture.
Tamiko started her career in Affirmative Action at the Work/Life & Diversity Department with PNC.
CHATON TURNER is Assistant Counsel at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) where she specializes in health care, risk management, mediation and other issues. Prior to relocating to Pittsburgh in 2004, she practiced law in North Carolina with two AM100 law firms.
JANE BURGER is a partner in the real estate and investment firm, Speedwell, Inc., and works as a consultant to foundations, community organizations, municipalities, and educational institutions. Ms. Burger has been a member of the Greater Pittsburgh philanthropic community since 1986, having served as Executive Director of the Henry C. Frick Educational Commission, Executive Director and Director of Policy and Planning and Senior Program Officer at The Grable Foundation.
