Grant Application Information

Please answer two questions to help us determine if you are eligible to apply for a grant from FISA Foundation.

  1. Does your organization have a tax exempt status under Internal Revenue Code, Sections 501(c) or 509(a)?

  2. Will your program take place within the ten-county area of southwestern Pennsylvania? (Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Indiana, Washington or Westmoreland)
