#MeToo has exposed the pervasiveness of sexual harassment and abuse in the lives of women across all sectors. Many men are appalled to learn how frequently friends and colleagues have experienced this abuse. This workshop will explore the roots of sexual harassment and propose new ways for everyone to take action.

Leadership Training for Decision-makers: creating a culture that will not tolerate sexual harassment or abuse

March 7, 2018, 9am-4:30pm

QI2T Center, Downtown Pittsburgh

The national spotlight is on prominent men who have behaved inappropriately, and on institutions and individuals that have looked the other way. Leaders need to model respectful behavior and create and sustain healthy environments in the public and private sectors if they hope to prevent abuse from happening in the first place.

For professionals in leadership positions in corporations, nonprofits, community organizations, schools, colleges and faith communities who want to learn a new approach, and leave with a plan.
